This question has been answered Many Many times. Please take the time to READ the Stickies before posting.
In the Newer version or versions, the File locations have changed. See Birdy's Sticky Here.  Sticky: If you've updated LW and can't find your downloads! Would be a Great Idea to take a look at All of the Stickies, as they contain enormous amounts of Info and Fixes.
