Wont display results

Hi, my name is Jessica. When I search for things, it finds results, or seems to anyway, but won't actually show them to me. I don't know if it's a problem with the system, or if it's just me. I have xp. Please help me. And the liscense warning box is unticked

Hi Jessica, Are you Fully Connected to the Network. In the Lower Left Corner, you will see the connection Bars. Are they Full, either Green or Blue?? If not then you are having connection problems.

It was just connected, and I got to download one thing, but then my comptuer had some difficulties, and I had to close and open again, and now I only have 1 green bar. I don't know how to fix it.

I keep trying fixes, but still only have 1 bar!! This is so frustrating! I haven't been able to get aynthing!
