downloaded files "sticking"

Hi guys, sometimes my complete 100% downloaded files are "stuck" in the downloads box and are not being sent to the default save folder. is there a way i can manually send them there?? im running on XP pro 32bit and using limewire Pro 4.17. i am currently using a download accelerator called full speed 2.7- is this interfering with limewire possibly?? any help would be greatly appreciated.. thanks
