a long time ago i put most of my music into some folders and now i dont know how to just delete the folders, everytime i try it says this folder is in use somewhere else or something like that....

Let me get this straight. You want to take every single song out of their relative folders and put them in one. If this is what you are trying to do and you have many songs, you will regret it very much if you have many.
I have tried doing so and the computer simple cannot handle hundreds or even thousands of files in one folder. Reaction and loading time will come to a halt, and you will curse the day you decided to do this. My advise would be to use a media player to organize music. Most any media player has options to sort, remove/add, delete, retag and any other funtion you might want. If you still are set on going through with it then: 1. Restart your computer 2. Make sure limewire and any other programs associated with the music files is closed completely. 3. Do whatever you need to do. |
