please help with confusing report

my toolbar first started to play up not showing any icons next to the time, then all these extra expand box arrows are there on the toolbar. now i just have a black box and the toolbar does not expand. i have tried unstall and reinstall also scan with virus check at the moment lime wire is unstalled and i keep getting this notification with the following:

my computor is not running to its full potential now since all this has happened i have used limewire for a couple of years now with no problems untill now,,,, please help.
