HELP!! cd burning/playlist ?'s

I hope someone can help me! I have created my playlist in LW but want to change it. How can I remove some songs and put them back in my library without deleting them and redownloading?
Also, how do I know how many songs will fit on a CD?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated
