i'm new with this program but every time that i try to run it just no open
so i cannot use it
i double click on the lime wire icon and nothing happens...just that
if someone can help me i'll be very gadl

Might be a Java Issue. Try Updating.
Remove All Java versions installed (via Add/Remove Programs) before you install the latest Version. (Download the JRE Offline Installer)
Java SE Downloads Fifth one down. Hope this Helps.
