Can't save files to anyplace other than default in 2.2.3

Hi All,

I just installed LW 2.2.3 Pro on a Win2000 system. During configuration, it keeps telling me that the directory I choose to save downloads in is invalid. The only one that appears to work is the default. Any ideas?
