Default Severe Complications? (LW starts on it's own)

I downloaded Limewire a few days ago and it was working fine until I stupidy let someone else use my computer. They supposedly tried to download some software files and not only did it not work, my computer seems to have something wrong with it. Everything takes much, MUCH longer to process and for some reason I can't even access certain websites. I have tried uninstalling Limewire, this didn't work the first time because it kept trying to start up on my computer randomly, so I redownloaded it today and uninstalled it again. It seems to be gone but I still can't get to certain websites, for instance I can get to Google but if I try to use its search engine it doesn't work.

The thing about this that actually frightens me is that every once in a while I keep getting a pop-up window from "Windows Defender Warning" with a scroll down that has Trojan:Win32/Matcash, Trojan:Win32/Vundo.gen!P, Adware:Win32/CDMDService, TrojanDownloader:Win32/Monnet. All those are under a heading called "Name" next to which is a heading called "Alert level". Everything under Alert level says severe. At the bottom of the box there are three buttons: Remove All, Review, and Ignore. I don't know what to do. : (

You have a virus. Run your av and see if it can remove it.

If your av can't remove it, try d/loading AVG free (click on link) update it and do a scan, then follow the prompts.

You can also try the fix here: To fix the limewire keeps popping up / no taskmanager bug do the following.
