I cant search for any tracks because I am behind a firewall. I am not very good at computers, could someone explain to me please how to disable my firewall?

I cant conect due to a fire wall ---how can I disable it

I had same problem ! i even turned off the firewalls but seems when I uninstalled it... I left some peices behind.. I got rid of them all and rebooted.. installed limewire and walla! working great! thanks
