Default movies have sound problems
Recently I see that the movies have delayed sound... what's going on? anyone have this issue?

Most likely out of date codec issue. Get updated codecs, or alternatively, get a player such as VLC which has in-built codecs. CODECs list for Movies/ Alternate players /video-mp3 fixers
