Limewire will not open

limewire will not open I don't know why I've checked all my security I've even reinstalled it more than 20 times I still don't understand why its doing this.

1. Uninstall all your Java versions.

2. Uninstall your LW using the Start menu > All Programs > LW > Uninstall.

Run this utility: Crap Cleaner

3. Reinstall Java only using the OFFLINE installer: Download Java software from Sun Microsystems (15 MB)

4. Reinstall LW using this OFFLINE installer: http://www9.limewire.com/download/LimeWireWin-full.exe

thanks for the help but I figured it out lol I forgot to install java.

Thanks for letting us know. Yes Java is necessary for LW to operate.

no problem I've been dying to get this up and running to get the new ***** cd.
