limewire will not open I don't know why I've checked all my security I've even reinstalled it more than 20 times I still don't understand why its doing this.

1. Uninstall all your Java versions.

2. Uninstall your LW using the Start menu > All Programs > LW > Uninstall.

Run this utility: Crap Cleaner

3. Reinstall Java only using the OFFLINE installer: Download Java software from Sun Microsystems (15 MB)

4. Reinstall LW using this OFFLINE installer: http://www9.limewire.com/download/LimeWireWin-full.exe

Thanks for letting us know. Yes Java is necessary for LW to operate.
