Delete LW's preferences folder when LW's properly closed. See this thread for more info (it's a thread about connection problems, but has a big section with instructions for how to delete the prefs folder): If LW Will Not Connect

Unhappy Don't know what to say?

I tried to delete the preference folders as you suggested but to no avail. I then uninstalled LW did a regestery clean up and reinstalled. Still won't work so did the steps again and the only thing I can get to come up is the LW Setup Wizard? LW starts and then just the wizard.....I'm lost

That's ok - after deleting LW's prefs folder, you'll go through the setup wizard again. That's what's supposed to happen.

Go right through the setup wizard (same as you did when you first installed LW)... after you've gone through the setup, start LW - do you still see the error?

Ok, go through the wizard again & when you get to misc settings, where you can't go any further - click on the bottom of the setup wizard box & drag it downwards. Now you should see the 'back' & 'next' buttons

If dragging the box doesn't bring up the buttons, try the tips here: setup freezes
