Default Temp Lost Connction

As there is no bug forum, except for Beta. I'll ask this here. Why is there a temporary connection loss for no apparent reason. Downloads and uploads stop for about a minute, everything at 0kb/s then starts again. I have current LW version but this has happened on all versions I've used for the past 3 years. This wouldn't be a big problem except I lose hosts and download speed when it starts again.

Try the tips here: Reduce the drag caused by LW

To disable ultrapeer capabilities in new versions, tools > options > advanced > performance. While you're there, also disable TLS & DHT capabilities.
