I purchased Pro on 2/24/09. I would like to update to new version, but my e-mail is not recognized. I was charged $29.88 by CLKBANK.com and was given an original user name of 28115102, and password 659831 - these are no longer recognized, either. I am running Windows XP Media Center. The reference number on the charge is *T**J100, and my correct e-mail is *email address removed*- it is the e-mail I used for the purchase.

erm .. sounds like you accidentally purchased something from a scam site. The prices for Pro are $21.95 for 6 months support & updates or $34.95 for 12 months updates & support. Also the vendor is not CLKBANK.com. Your receipt should say Lime Wire LLC.

There are a lot of scam sites around that pretend to be LW; Known Scam Sites (click on link). Scam sites will usually advertise through Google. Google does not pay attention to who pays for advertising so google ads should be ignored always. LW.org do not advertise.

i just installed LW 5.0, everything goes fine until i download a movie. i cant preview and i cant launch it from my library. Any idea how i can fix this ?
