Well I finally upgraded my old limewire to Limewire 5.1.4 Can someone please tell me how to set it so limewire doesn't open up automatically when I start my system. I can't find it on this newer version. Thanks

Go to LW's menu bar, Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> System, & you will see the option there.
BTW LW 5.3 will probably be out within next week or two. It has some great improvements.
