I am trying Limewire for first time. I downloaded video in avi format, but when I burn to dvd in windows dvd maker there is no sound, only picture. Tried again in windows movie maker, then dvd maker but same result. what am I doing wrong. thank you

After much digging, it transpires that it is a known problem with DVD maker and you are better off using a program like dvd flick which does the job ,with sound and in half the time. thank you

Sorry, I was in a hurry when I wrote that. What I meant was that Windows natively doesn't have many codec installed, which means it's programs will not be able to decode things like AC3 and DTS etc.
I would recommend you install CCCP CCCP - Combined Community Codec Pack |
