Hey, I couldn't find mscr71 but I did find msvcr71.dll. Anyway, use your windows search facility to find the folder or folders where this dll should go.

Likewise I only found msvcr71.dll & at following locations (excluding Vuse & NeoNapster):

Windows XP:
C:\WINDOWS\system32
C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin
C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\new_plugin

Windows 7:
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\LimeWire\br owser\xulrunner
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\D eployment\cache\6.0\54\1a209876-509cd367-n
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\new_plugin

(on my browser a space appears in middle of two addresses above, that's not intentional, not sure why it's doing that.)

Looks like deleting the LW Preferences folder might be one thing to try.

Other than that, repeat the reinstallation process for both Java & LW including using CrapCleaner to clean registry. Deleting the LW Preferences folder. Then reinstalling both Java & LW. You will most likely need to reboot computer after reinstalling Java. This is usually recommended. ;)
