is there any way to fix this? is it like a bug or something? or is it someone doing it... and if its someone doing it are they getting banned or something?

No the only way is to download from a lower number of sources ie. 50 or less, this usually occurs with the more popular files....

its spam. Files aren't real. Just sit there in your downloadwindow awaiting sources. Try using other search phrases

More than 300 results all files+hosts combined then try another search phrase.

P.S. use bitziweb to look up the files before downloading (right-click on result, choose advanced, then look up file with bitzi
