How do I get my downloaded songs to automatically go to iTunes? Please, Please Help!

Buy a mac computer. lol
 Automatic is not a part of the windows set up. Some people have thought of some innovative methods though. But the safest ways are detailed here: How to transfer music to my iPod (& iTunes)
