Do you mean burn as DVD or just backup your files ?

Also do you have a DVD-burner or just one that burns CD-Rom ?

And are you using a PC or a Mac ?

You definitely need a DVD burner. The CD burned copies just aren't as good quality. I have been using my daughter's DVD burner until now, but she's moving out and so I tried the Windows Movie Maker software that came with my computer. It is really lousy. Might be good for short clips, but one episode of House MD (about 45 minutes)is all I can get on one disc. It runs short of room about 3/4 of the way through the second episode and this is a 700 MB disc. Only cost me one disc to find out this is not the way to go. Needless to say, a full length movie isn't going to fit. The DVDs hold 11 episodes.
