I had downloaded Limewire a while back and I want to get LimeWire Pro, but I'm wondering if it will make a difference in download time with a modem? Any information would be great.
Thanks |

No not for a dial up. Dial up is what you're refering to isn't it. Dial up 56 kbps gives a max of about 7 KB/s. The difference in speed is the connection speed not the program. Improvements in pro are mostly noticed for high speed users such as broadband & cable. You may find some improvement in searching however.
