Does not say kevin@limewire
Says JLT@jlt-ahyh5ijukf6 folder, limewire in My Documents. when type: cd /cygdrive/c/documents/limewire bash: cd: cygdrive: no such file or directory What am I doing wrong? Trouble understanding this! Why cd? The default location for downloading files from limewire is C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared
The installation should be in your programs folder. Exactly what are you trying to do? Are you attempting to save LW downloads to an external drive or install onto an external drive? |

I am a developer.
I am trying to setup the open source code for Limewire. Cygwin is used to setup code for Limewire. I have problems with Cygwin, as mentioned above. Maybe I am in the wrong forum. Please redirect me. thanx Jane |

If your a developer as you say, then you know what cd means.
It means change directory to whatever you said to. But you never created it so it non existance. Not sure what you are trying to do if you can explain I'll try to help. larry |
