I had to pause a download but I took the "T-" file out of the incomplete folder, now when I try to move it back and resume the download, it starts again at 0%... is there any way around this or will I have to start the download again?

Once you remove a file from the Incomplete folder the file goes to 0%. That's why it's best to leave those files in that folder.
