 Question 6 is vital. This is probably where your problem lies. If you can't get that test page it means port 6346 which is the default LW uses is blocked ... probably by your connection devices. Check the line from your computer to the device (ie: find the device) & see what labels it has ... check the top, sides & bottom. Names & numbers (but not serial no.) Did you get the device from your ISP or buy it separately?  |
