Junk Filter
How do I get the junk rating to be displayed in the search results so I know which is junk and which to actually download instead of just having the trash can icon at the bottom of the screen

I believe this is in Tools>options>filters>junk. You can chose how to display junk. I use an older version, but I think this is right
