Can you use LimeWire for MP3 players?

Hi, My name is Vannah. I recently just downloaded LimeWire

But I have an MP3 player. I downloaded songs already, like 3.
but I dont know if I can transfer them to my MP3 player. I dont know any othere website out there, to download and transfer songs free.

Please Help!
