I have purchased limewire pro twice now and last week I had to get a new pc with all new HD's.
Now when I installed limewire and started it, it loads up no problem but once on the main search page it just freezes and will not connect?

Also when I click on already have Pro and I enter my screename that I used it says screename not found?

Can anyone tell me why it is not working, I have my firewall to allow limewire to connect so thats not the problem.

How long ago since you bought it last time?

And did you buy it from www.limewire.com?

Strange they should have you in their database for at least 6 months. Are you absolutely sure you used the correct email when trying to get it back?

Also you should have gotten a link in your email to your personal pro download page when buying it. Not something you should just delete after use.

If it's less than 6 months then it should still be working

Well if you're absolutely sure that it's less than 6 months and you for some reason deleted the pro download link then try sending limenathan a PM explaining the situation. Expect a few days before he replys since he's not on here every day.
