Help!
Old guy, needs to know what options I have. I bought opt-in music service. Forgot name of service. But they told me I have 2 years-unlimited downloads. I did not know that it was Limewire. Although I am pleasantly pleased with the service,(:+> it bothers me that I can't upgrade or get support in PRO. I have a Turbocharged connection but Limewire says I don't exist. Please help.

you were scammed. LimeWire basic that you have is free. And LimeWire Pro doesn't have a two year subscription. Only for 6 months. Tell your bank to dispute the charges.
