No refunds
There is a reason ther is a no refund policy. I have tried to load this 3 times and I keep getting error messages and then my computer freezes. And of course no refund.

You stumbled into the Phex Forum with your question, which also is a Gnutella p2p Program, but isn't LimeWire.
Maybe that had a reason, and you should give Phex a try... Have a nice day
