 Do a google search for the exact error message your getting. You'll find advice on what to do. It's probably just a setting in IE that needs changed. My advice is to use a different browser. Firefox is the one I use. As a side note: If you can't get the LW Basic to work, shelling out your hard earned cash for Pro isn't going to fix the problem. Better to get the Basic(FREE) version to work and make sure you like it before buying Pro  .
