 sharing partial files If I'm downloading a file and I allow partial sharing will that slow down my download? Windows XP, cable connection. Thanks! Also, I am not minimizing to system tray but minimizing to start bar and still my Limewire disappears and I must start downloading or searching all over again....it's getting frustrating....Thanks!
