Right.....I'm going to reinstall limewire.....i used to select to save songs to my download folder....also LW selects a default sharing folder....so is this ok the way i used to do it?......Also how do i know a download LW programme is the legitimate one?..........

That is the way it works. When you install limewire and download something it makes a folder called shared. And that's were all your files go. That's the shared folder it makes and selects. And about the legitimate question. Where did you get limewire from? If you got it from limewire.com it's legitimate. I hope this helps you.

nope. they can't get into anything else unless you choose to share it.
