When I save files they save as M3U, I need MP3, WMA or WAV, can someone tell me how to do this please.

m3u are playlist files. If you find your LW saved folder (rather than files in LW's library), you should find the original music files (mp3, wma or whatever you'd downloaded).
In LW go tools > options > saving. There you'll see the location of your saved folder. Or, go to LW's library & click on Saved files then click Explore...your saved folder should show
