Can't Open File

I HAVE DOWNLOADED, UNZIPPED AND IT IS IN A FOLDER BUT THE FILES IN THE FOLDER WON'T OPEN BECAUSE THERE IS NO EXTENSION

. USING XP AND LIME WIRE IS NOT LISTED SO THAT I CAN MAKE AN EXCEPTION WITH FIREWALL BUT THERE IS A BRICK WALL ON THE BLUE WORLD. WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE????? HELP PLEASE! THX
