![]() Usually when your when you get "Page cannot be Displayed" it means that your ISP has some sort of Bandwidth shaping against p2p apps... But if you can tell me the model number for your Comtrend modem, I'll have a look and see if it has a Nat Firewall... In the mean time you could give these a try... Try uninstalling all versions of Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version.... Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11 Also try deleting your preference folder/s... Fixes for Limewire when LW isn't operating as it should

![]() You do have a Nat Firewall within your modem as well... Here are your instructions on port forwarding, this will open a port for limewire to pass through... Port Forwarding for the Comtrend CT-5071

![]() Well I tried the Port forwarding and made it all the way to login/ password for the modem and got stopped--- When this got set up the phone company came in and set it up and I don't have the password etc. I think I'll just wait untill I get back Home and set up from there. I am working away from Home right now and trying to set this up at my Apartment. I just get to frustrated :-( Thanx for the Help!! |
