My Son who is in the Army when we try to direct conect we can see each other and files but un able to download from each other, Always say's host is busy, What are we doing wrong?

Your upload spots are probably full...Try to connect with each other straight away...
If the spots are taken to quickly, (I shouldn't say this ) kill the uploads and make way for your sons IP number...

But our uploads slots are empty and come to think of it ever since I installed Pro I have not had any uploads.

Could be the firewall you are using is blocking your son? Try turning it off.

I am sorry I should have posted that I have tried that I turned everything off and so did he But still no luck. I run a Cable Modem into a wireless Router then to my system.

Have you enabled or disabled UPnP in your O/S, LW and your modem?
