hi my problem is which version is stable and works best on windows 2000 professional explorer 6 and all service packs,critical updates are up to date etc.ive a cable modem,zone alarm free and avg anti virus 7.5 free installed and adaware se.this may seem a stupid post but ive had lots of trouble with limewire in the past, and needed to uninstall it several times without it working properly ive had no trouble with ares but i prefer limewire,any help on this matter would be gratly appreciated as im a pc novice.
