 Well first thing I see is that you have two firewalls. Best to disable Windows firewall and make sure you allow full access for Limewire through Mcafee. With the wall infront of the globe, means bad or no connection. User Cant Connect - LimeWire. Try this and if no results post back.  Can you give the model # on the Belkin? Thanks
