Default Set Up Wizard Freezes

I have tried several times to complete the set up of limewire. The setup wizard gets to the firewall page and freezes it never goes beyond that page. The download just sits at the original 12% and the page showing the different types of firewall pages just sits there. I have reinstalled several times and it just happens again and again. Any advice. The wizard simply refuses to move to the next page. I have turned off all my protection and still it stalls there. I have downloaded from different sources and still same result. Any help would be appreciated.
