help(5 red bars - brickwall)
I cant get the 5 red bars on the lower left to turn green! there is a brick wall next to them in front of the planet earth! How can I fix this? Thanks

Hi, here are the details by number. 1. windows xp. 2. mcAfee/windows. 3. 480mb of ram. 4. free space: 3.68 gb total size 13.9 gb. 5. broadband. 6. motorola modem, model sb5120. 7. house. 8. LW 4.14 - java6.3. 9. comcast.net? not sure if thats an isp. 10. my test worked! 11. no. 12. a new problem. Have had LW for years now. 13. yes. 14. no router now, but had one a few months ago. 15. mcAfee. 16.USA.
