when I do a search, I get over 700 results but I only see a small portion of them. Why and how do I see all of them.

Dont forget that files with multiple sources (numbers in the # column) count towards the total number of results.
Say the total number of results found was 1000. If you saw 10 lines of results & each result had 100 sources (100 in the # column) then that would make 1000 results in total ![]() If you saw a total number of results like this: 8/1000 that would mean that you're only seeing 8 of a possible 1000 results. That could be because you haven't selected to show 'all' in the boxes to the left of the search screen. Or it could be because the junk filter has picked some files as junk & you've chosen 'do not display junk' within the junk filter options. In that case, if you went to tools > options > filters > junk & changed the option to display junk, you'd see all search results. |
