how to upload using limewire?

Hi guys. I'll be as clear as I can with my question. I have lots of dvds and I want to upload certain ones to share with everyone using limewire. I don't have a clue how to do it. I'll tell you what systems I have and what software could someone plz give me step by step instructions on how to do it? thank you!

I have windows vista (32bit?) and dvd decrypter. i have limewire 4.14.12 and a lot of dvds!!!!!
