Cannot Download Because Limewire is "Still Loading"

And what exactly is it loading? Messages. Not sure what exactly that means but hey it means something to Limewire because it refuses to look up anything. I typed in an artist, hit search and it practically yelled at me, "Please wait, Limewire must finish loading before a search can be started

."

Obviously it has issues multitasking.

What the heck can I do?
