brand new mac but cant get music from LW to itunes

brand new mac but cant get music from LW to itunes

after i download a song the bar says 100% and some songs go to my itunes and other songs dont do anything. a thing pops up saying 'unable to find file (or folder), so I click locate and that brings up all my files but once i find the song i cant drag it to itunes or anything
