Help Please LimeWire Not Working Properly!!!!

Okay First off I made space on my computer i then downloaded limewire to my computer and then waited for a moment and opened lime wire i started a search but a message pops up that says limewire is tryin to connect to the network and some other stuff and nothing doesnt pop up at all of wat ive searched. SO IF ANYONE KNOWS WAT TO DO PLEASE HELP AND YES I ONLY HAVE THE BASIC I MIGHT NEED TO UPGRADE TO PRO

First, there is absolutely no need to 'update' to the Pro version and doing so will in no way solve your problem(s).
