hello, my name is jim i have windows xp. i purchased and downloaded lime wire pro. i can download and listen to music i can also download videio but cannot veiw once downloaded. i receive a message saying file has an extension that does not match the file format then it sends me to a web site that does no good. iam a newby and somewhat illiterate when it come to computers. could someone please help with this problem? thank you
