Thanks to the above user, I followed your post, I disabled the firewalls before doing so and now I have full connection strength, thanks a bunch!

You should still enable your firewall (only one, 2 firewalls enabled usually cause problems), User Cant Connect - LimeWire; just make sure your firewall is configured to allow LW full access.
