Your AOL ISP 'might' be at fault. In most but not all cases, AOL in UK uses CARPHONE WAREHOUSE BROADBAND SERVICES as described at bottom of first post here: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/connec...-limewire.html Also, AOL 'rents' lines from other ISP's so might be under any ISP depending on your local area. Some ISP's in UK such as Tiscali are reknown anti-p2p isps & shape or filter bandwidth one way or another.
